Founder & Group CEO, Perriman Group
Fatima Perriman is the Founder and Group CEO of the Perriman Group, a diversified Ghana-based organisation operating across hospitality, real estate, travel and tours, agriculture, culinary arts education, and social impact. Her leadership is rooted in resilience, purpose, and a lifelong commitment to building people and strengthening communities.
Fatima’s journey began from humble beginnings. The fourth of six children, she grew up in a loving but financially challenged home. Her father worked at Kotoka International Airport as a security officer and later as a handyman, while her mother was a trader and dedicated stay-at-home mum. When her father passed away in his fifties, the family faced severe hardship. In a difficult attempt to secure a better future for her children, Fatima’s mother placed each of them with families who could support their upbringing.
Fatima was welcomed into a home filled with love, shelter, and care — but without the financial means to support her education. Determined to continue schooling, she began buying and selling goods at the age of ten to pay her own fees. These early experiences shaped her character, instilling discipline, courage, and an unshakeable belief in creating opportunities for others.
Today, those values form the foundation of the Perriman Group.
Fatima brings nearly two decades of senior finance leadership experience from the United Kingdom’s social housing sector, specialising in treasury management, governance, risk, organisational performance, and strategic operations. Her approach to entrepreneurship is disciplined, people-centred, and grounded in strong systems and international standards.
Across every sector, her mission remains constant: to build people, places, and opportunities — and to contribute to stronger, more vibrant communities.
The Perriman Group is more than a business; it is a reflection of Fatima’s belief that development must be both commercially strong and socially meaningful. Her story continues to inspire the organisation’s culture, its people, and its commitment to creating lasting impact.

What began as a single hotel has evolved into a multi-sector group serving guests, clients, students, and communities across Ghana.
